Default What clothing size were you when you finished refeed?

So I'm really interested to see what clothing size people are when they finish refeed. Obviously we're all different heights so our goal weights are different, I'm curious to see if we all end up at the same clothing size or if that differs too.

I know that clothing sizes can be quite variable but just put down whichever size is most often the one you fit into.

My NYF Diary

Interesting thread Cumulus. My goal weight is between 75-80kgs. I'm quite tall so don't think I will ever be 60-65kgs I would look a bit gaunt. My ideal clothing size is 10 US, 12 UK and I think 14 AUS? But who knows with sizes these days. At the moment I wear what fits and lately that between 16 & 18. When I first started on plan again I was wearing sizes 20-22 and depending on the make up to a 24. So am super happy with the results to date.

I started Cohens on November 10, 2014. I was in plan and refeed end of march or beginning of April? I'm 5'4 so a shorty....I lost 30 pounds and went from a 12 to a 6, US sizes. I have put back on about 10 from lowest and I'm back 100% on plan.

When I completed the program the first time in 2004 I got down to a size 12 and was 70-72kg. I could see myself as size 12 again. That would be my goal!
