Default Maintenance Challenge!

I am stealing ideas from the current and recent challenges going on and I am starting up a "maintenance" challenge. And I don't care if I am the only participant!

So the point of the challenge is to set your goal range for maintenance, and remain within it over the Holiday Season and Summer, by weighing in and posting on your once a week weigh in day. I will probably weigh daily where I can to begin with to keep on track, but my official weigh in day will probably be Monday. You can choose your own day.

I will begin officially next Monday (the 9th - ooooh Claireybell convention day! Must do some more organising of that)....

So for example I might say that my maintenance goal range is 52-56 kg (depending what my post refeed weigh in is) and then I will post my weigh in.

I neeeeed to keep myself accountable this time through management/maintenance instead of swimming in a sea of sugar and wondering how I gained 10kg in a month.

So yeah, this is all about me, but I invite others who might also find it useful to participate too!

I am certainly in McB (thank you so much for starting this up)

My official weigh in day is Monday the 9th also

My goal range is 64 - 68kg's

I finished refeed at 64.8 and the most I have been so far is 66.9

weigh day for me will be Sundays - range is 62 to 66. I'm usually around mid to high 64....but at least it's generally constant. And I'm still figuring out exercise and food!
Oh, have you tried the pre workout or protein powders? My son keeps at me to use them....not keen at all, I'd rather get it from food. I'm trying to work my weight session around meals that is, have lunch after it, and an apple and green tea if I have time beforehand. Bit of a rocky road! (not the chocolate one either lol!)
And I will do my best to remember to post regularly....

My PT asked me if I would have a protein drink to get extra protein and calories, but I told her I would prefer to get it from real food - like a boiled egg or some cooked chicken meat......her suggestion for a pre workout meal (which I would have up to 2hours before my workout, but only because I currently don't like eating right before I work out) was a banana (bad fruit) and nuts (carbs that I could go nuts for!)......so not keen to try that just yet - will stick to a boiled egg and a safer piece of fruit (will be starting this next Wednesday probably). I do have some protein powder at home, but will try to get away with real food I think.

Well my Monday weigh in was 54.8 (maintenance range 52-56)...........but it is not true today! Too scared to report todays number, and worried that it might not be down to that again by next Monday (depending how the weekend goes). Might have to switch weigh in days...

Hmmm little jump this week it reflects my eating "and water intake these last 3 days"

Goal range: 64 - 68 kg's (now wanting to get down to 63 kg's though, my lower goal range)
Todays weight: 66.2kg's

Week 1 .... 65.5kg's
Week 2 .... 65.8kg's
Week 3 .... 65.5kg's
Week 4 .... 67.4kg's
Xmas/New year period
week 6 .... 67.3kg's
week 7 .... 67.5kg's
Week 8 .... 66.2kg's

Well I have decided even though no one is joining me I am going to be accountable for my weight and this is an easy way for me to "see" what I am doing "and I don't care if my numbers are out there" (though looking in my diary I am keeping as paper form, my weight the rest of the week is usually lower than Mondays lol)

Any way I am trying for 63 kg's this is my lower goal range ...... we will see
