Hi Judy, thanks for starting this challenge. I really need it right now as my weight loss has plateaued. This will keep me on the straight and narrow and give me extra motivation!

Lol OK the time difference is seriously messing with my head.
But now is my 20 Feb starting weight 97kg (which then means I lost 5 toward the last challenge - haha somewhere I lost a day) but any way here's to the next 5 ks (I'm hoping to loose a least 10 ks in the next 7 weeks) then I'm off gorilla trekking I can NOT wait!!! 20.02.2015 - 97.0kg - 5kg to go

I am going to join which will keep me commited, having been playing in Maintenance, but with Christmas, holidays, family stuff have gained and was finding it difficult to put self back on track. So put self back on plan on 16/2/15 and have been adhering so far.
My prior weightloss was very uneventful and went like a dream unfortunatley maintanance wasnt the same. Wt 20/2/15 - 66.85 kg |

Yay my first challenge - looking forward to this.

Ok redoing this, something doesnt make sense... with my weekly weigh in I weighed 96.5kgs on 20/02 yet on the same day I stated my starting weight for this challenge as 97kgs, not sure how I managed that! So I'll just restate my starting weight which means I still have to loose 4.2kg to get to the 5kg, and not 3.7kg per my previous post

Hi everyone
Its been a very good week i keep waiting for a big slow down but dreading it too. yesterday though i felt like i had a hangover all day and my tummy felt very unsettled I think the espresso with no milk is too strong for my tummy. Im going to see if decaf helps. Also had a dinner party and went to bed at 1am so a combo of the two makin me feel yuk. I cooked starters and made a stunning pavlova and my hubby did the braai as mains. I stuck to my small piece of steak and a bowl of lettuce no deviations for me. Anyhow my weight at 20 feb 92kg 27 feb 89.4kg (-2.6kg). |

Had to change battery scales friday so go by the saturday weight, and i think the fact it was taking so long to get scales to read prior to change that may have been previously underwiegthing by a few gms? I was always a really slow loser so expect only a kg if that a week.
