Ingredients

egg
Squash - cooked
1 cracker crumbed
1 sachet sweetener
Bake spray
Cling wrap

Instructions

Prepare a small microwave dish with bake spray.

Beat 1 egg
Add squash
Add the sweetener
Add the cracker
Beat lightly, spoon into the microwave dish and cover with cling wrap . microwave for 3 mins on high. Serve
