Re: fruit question
I asked my consultant. She said maybe 1 1/2 hours for fruit, but could have crispbread right before bed. Ask your consultant, see what s/he thinks.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ |

Re: fruit question
It's ANYTHING.
No food at all in the 2 hours before bed. Water YES, food NO. Unless you're for some silly reason eating really late, it's better to eat and then go to bed, than miss the meal. (yes, technically a deviation, but not as bad as missing the meal).
