Rogan Josh curry

Recipe Description

This is a cohens version of Rogan Josh so yummy

Ingredients

Beef allowance cubed
From veg allowance:
1clove garlic crushed
1/2 tomato diced
1tsp onion

1/4 tsp of the following dried spices:
Coriander
Cumin
Turmeric
Paprika
Cinnamon
Chilli powder

Instructions

Mix all veggies and spices in a heat proof bowl and microwave for 1 minute then stir - place steak in sauce and marinade for 2 mins

Pour into pan and cook for 1 minute stirring, add 1/4 cup water and simmer until beef is cooked. Serve on spinach leaves (as remaining veg allowance).
