Cohen Friendly Places While Out & About!

While out shopping recently, I've found 2 places that are Cohen friendly.

The 1st is 'Sumo Salad', there's a few around the place so look out for one!
They have scales so you can ask to have your meat weighed, I did today & it wasn't a drama! I got a small box with chicken, lettuce & tomato
( they were out of mushrooms ) & it only cost $5, I thought that was pretty good value! They had boiled eggs too!

The 2nd one I found at The Wintergarden food court in the city. I think it was called 'Naked Fruit' I'm not sure now, it was naked something....?
They had a tuna salad that you'd swear a Cohenite had put together. It had plain tuna, lettuce, tomato, green capsicum, mushrooms & you could have a red wine vinegarette or balsamic if you wanted. The amount of lettuce was too much, but you don't have to eat it all hey?

So they were both good I thought. Does anyone else know of places that are Cohen friendly? Would love to hear about them & share with everyone!

Hi I go to subway and have their salad, you can now get steak with it which is weighed by them and have a tiny bit of mayo on it.

Sharlene, if you go to Garden City, there's an RJ's Sandwich place.

If you go to the one in the main (upstairs) food mall they'll weigh out fetta for you. Then you get the salad and choose what you want in it. I don't ask them to weigh the salad as they simply don't have time and quite frankly I'm thrilled that they weigh the protein...

Anyway, It's a great thing to know where these things are.
