Better food options?
Just wondering about those who have completed refeed- have you found any food options "better" than others? For example- is pumpkin better than potato, what cheese is the best option, wholegrain bread better than white, or is mountain bread better, are there "worse" fruit and vegetable options? Are there foods that just should be avoided? I know that is a lot of questions- but I thought the wisdom of the many others that have succeeded, would be helpful to myself and others. I also thought it would be an interesting topic. Any thoughts would be appreciated Shell
