Smile feta and cauliflower soup

I have a tip for non watery soup, what i do is I get a colander and a big bowl and drain all the water out first then put my cauli in the stick blender along with the feta and add the water i saved a bit at at time to get it to the consistency i want sometimes i do it thick and sometimes a little thinner. i have also tried a few different herbs in the soup as well as the curry and also tried mustard powder. i have also put a little zucchini for a different flavour, use your allowance though when adding more vegies
