Just tried this soup for the first time this morning! And it was delish, Im a bit of a cheese lover so the Feta definitely hit the spot. Too bad we cant have it more than once a week! It got a little bit messy with the blending, is the because i maybe should have cut the feta into cube or smoothed out the cauliflower before putting in the cheese. Any suggestions?

For a cold morning, this soup is perfect! Im definitely making it again next week . . .

Had this for dinner last night. It was easy to make. I made it with pepper, garlic and onion powder. Delicious! My only regret was I only had one cracker allowance left. Next time I will reserve 2 crackers for this dish.

That was the 2nd time I tried this. First time was with curry and one big glass of water. For me, the 2nd try was better in taste and I also adjusted the liquid so I had a thick soup.

I was looking for something easy to have for a yummy winter lunch and immediately took on board all your comments, but since no feta in the house I made it with chicken, cauli, zucchini, celery, corriander, garlic and cracked pepper. It smells absolutely devine and I can not wait to have it tomorrow for luch...this might be goodbye to salad every day for luch!!! thank you thank you thank you x

My NYF Diary
Default Re: Feta and Cauliflower Soup

After more than 2 years on and off on Cohens, I finally decided to 'give up' one of my cheese meals for a feta dish...OMW!!!

The first time I tried it I only had Danish Feta in the house which was probably not Cohens-friendly, and I added some Himalayan salt before remembering that feta is quite salty - but it was still divine!

Today was my 3rd spoil (in 3 weeks) and it just gets better and better! I simply add a little garlic powder and Italian Spice whilst the cauliflower is simmering, and 3 minutes before it's done I add a cracker and the feta. I then blend it in the serving bowl as to 'lose' as little as possible to the pot!

I am already counting down the days until I can have this again - thanks for sharing!

Just saying that this was Delish today!
I microwaved mine in a microwave bowl, nutmeg and spices, threw in feta, one extra minute and used a stick blender in the same bowl.
I ate out of the bowl as well so no mess other than running the blender in a cup under the tap.
Lovely meal, will be having again!

Ditto, would have everyday if cheese allowance allowed! Much much nicer than it sounds!
