I tried this last night for dinner with stir-fry beef, it was great! I love feeling like I'm eating rice, and it doesn't really taste like cauliflower either! I found I only needed to zap for 2 mins with a lid and then let it sit for 1 min. Made it again for my lunch today, looking forward to it. Definitley going to be a regular for me too. I've always struggled thinking of interesting things to do with cauliflower. Thanks!

Had to bump this one.
I made it tonight with a chicken curry. It was great! It really does feel as if you are eating rice. Loved it

I have been eating this for the last two nights- it's wonderful. I put mine in a frying pan with a bit of cooking spray and stir fry it with a little garlic and onion. Yumm-O! Even though I had my doubts, I now agree, it absolutely seems like I'm eating rice.

I had this for dinner, and have made it for my lunch tomorrow - was very easy, tasty and I think it will quickly become my favourite way to eat cauliflower.
