For Somersoft Cohenites..

See my post in "I met Asy".... I think we should count up how many kilos those of us who are also in Somersoft have lost while on Cohens... I know it will be a moving feast. But lets base it as of today, or thereabouts... March 9, 2007. I think it would be encouraging to Kristine particularly to see how much of an influence she has had in all of our "Investment in Reduction"

OK, so I've lost 40kg... maybe if you post your amount and then add it to the person before so we keep a running total! (also include your somersoft name if different to here..)

I was thinking, is Chelsea "responsible" for 1000KG of fat? I think that she has touched so many lives and made a 1000KG impact, an investment in reduction paid out compounded interest on a human scale!

Reading her posts it was sort of "Look at me, I am a just normal person with a normal busy life who likes to eat normal foods who was able lose weight without killing myself with exercise or starvation...you can do it too!"

Great idea! I'm from Somersoft, however not on the program. I convinced my mother to join the program 1 month ago. She has lost 9kg so far and has 18kg to go.

It was Kristine's journal which made me look into Cohen's further, and so far my mum is very happy and glad to be on the program. Not sure if my mum can be included in this tally though as she knows nothing about Somersoft

You can add me to that list. I found Cohen's through Asy's post in SS mentioning she had lost 60kg. From there I searched and found Kristine's post. A PM to Asy led me here. Though I don't post much on SS, I read it daily.

yup, it's fantastic.

It's not just Kristine that led me here, there was another Somersoftian, PTBear that was on the programme who talked to me at length on the phone about it and let me have a look at the programme he was on so I could get an idea of what was required.

But I must admit, Kristine's post really drove it all home.

Ironically only here at Cohen would a 3.5kg loss in week be seen as great but nothing out of the ordinary. You should do 2.5kg plus next week as well.

Where is your diary? You dont have to do it but consider. FYI I replie din depth to your post on mind effects.

As you can read since my post earlier I am now over 19kg despite my setback yesterday. Read my diary and avoid deviations at myself.
