Anyone for Smoked Chicken
I'm new to the forum but have been on the program for a couple of months now. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if we can eat smoked chicken from the deli? From my research I have found that per 60gms of the smoked chicken (which is cooked in the smoking process) it contains 58 cal 240 kil .3 gm sat fat. Does anyone know how to convert the raw chicken allowance into cooked chicken allowance? Thanks for your time & help. Mango |

We aren't allowed smoked chicken as we are not allowed preservatives. There's probably other nasties and chemicals in it that are not alowed on the program.
