I may have to pull out of this Nat. I've been put on steroids by the Doc and it's expected to be a 3 month course so I doubt I'll be losing any weight in that time...

Hi Baloo. Sorry to see you go. Hope the steroids work and you're over your injury/illness as quick as possible.

Hi Everyone,

It's crazy to think that this week we're reporting our week four results! Even scarier was when I realised we're in February - where is this year going?

I'm leading the way by posting my week 4 results, but feel I owe you all an apology as they're not good at all and make me feel like a terrible leader. Not a good exmaple I've set at all.

I ahould pre-warn you that I am going to the UK on Thursday night as my Grandma passed away. It's a short whirlwind trip for the funeral and I'm only gone 8 days. However I'm not sure what my internet access will be like whilst I am there, so if I seem rather quiet its not that I have deserted you, my little flock

Hope you're having a happy monday!

Cheers,
Nat xx

Hello everyone and congratulations on your progress
Unfortunately I fell off the wagon again and as a result have failed in this challenge, so will bow out gracefully. Have not gone back over the 100kg mark which is good, but have certainly not been living a good Cohen's life for the past 3 weeks.

Need to find my mojo again and get onto another challenge, and get this journey over and done with

Good luck for the rest of the challenge everyone, may the kgs melt away

Hi All,

Not sure if anyone will read this now that the challenge is over but wanted to wrap it up and say well done to Belinda who was the only one of us to report every week and show consistent losses - well done Belinda! Your commitment will ensure you hit your goals in no time

Sorry that I wasn't around the last couple of weeks to post results and keep the momentum going. The unexpected trip to the UK got in the way but I'm pleased to say I am back home, on plan and loving the results.

Hope you're all well.

Cheers,
miss_nat
