Hi everyone.
Apologies for not posting my weight today! As I've been traveling back to Aus from NZ I wasn't able to weigh until after food and water! So will post tomorrow when I have a proper weigh. Great participation from everyone - there will sure be a few ribbons added by the end of the challenge! Well done everyone for being motivated to jump aboard and get this 5kilos gone. New year, new you. So far we have..... 13 participants! Possible 14 as I believe Oz might be joining us too?? OMG by the end weight I will only be 8kg away from refeed!!! the end will be in sight. WOW cant believe it have been thinking it was never gonna happen. Will be good to focus just on these 5kg and then another challenge will see me almost home ![]() Oh and my goal for the end of this challenge....to get those orange lee jeans to fit me!!! yeah yeah I sound like a broken record when it comes to those jeans, but one of these challenges I am gonna succeed and reach my goal with them!! Okay Guys, weight is higher than expected and the last 24 hrs have been the worst I've had with excruciating tummy pain an vomiting .... See diary for a write up on this, will do that soon.

JayCee - I usually go for my bike ride just after 6am - before breakfast, this ensures that I do exercise and also the wind is not usually that bad at that time of the morning. If I go to the gym it is either mid morning or mid afternoon. On plan I would do what you do - either walk just before or just after tea as these were my danger periods where I would feel like snacking.
