How about an option of:
No, I'm finished and I don't need it!? Your last option "it's not something I would do" still sounds as if surgery would be needed but not wanted. I can tellya, I'm finished and I don't need it.  asy.

Just a big happy hushpuppy I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

im not considering surgery...but body sculpting yes! non surgerical treatment and i still get a flat sculpted tummy...yay! hehe still researching some info about it but it sounds really good!

I have always had quite a large chest and once I'm at my goal weight, I'll wait 3 months and if I can maintain, I'm getting them done.
I'm also not to shy of the botox idea... I frown, alot!
