its my first time posting on this forum but i started this year on the 11th of June after having my baby in April... Starting at 160kgs and im sitting at 105kg.. my goal weight is between 70-74 so ive got 35 to go but its been amazing.. you got be determined and motivated to go all the way.. Losing 2kgs a week has kept me on target, just eating the right food and everything outlined for me on Cohens...

thanx guys for the response... im determined to go all the way and hopefully be done before my sons 1st next year, if not oh wow just have to let it go till i finish, at least my son will be proud that his mom accomplished this milestone...

Well done on a fantastic weigh-loss

My children are my greatest motivatin as well. To be able to do things with them - is going to be fantastic. I was always the one sitting under a tree in the shade while the rest of the family enjoyed swimming because I was always too embaressed to swim!!!!!!

I have been on Cohen's since 26 Sept 2010 and have had quite a good weight-loss so far. I can't wait to get to goal!!!!!!! and go swimming - yeah!!!!

My children are so proud of me, especially when the other kids at school ask them..."Is that your Mom?" - heeheehee

Well I am hoping to get to goal (58kg's) by the end of March 2011.

This forum is really great, you get to meet alot of lovely people who encourage you on your journey.. My hubby was right to get on this, the feedback is positive and you get to not only meet others but its an also an opportunity to read peoples experiences with cohens... Absolutely love it...

Chip, I'm working on eating for long term maintenance rather than following a Cohen plan, but generally eating little enough to be consistently losing weight. I'm very happy with how I'm getting along, still a few things I need to work on. Just very sorry I didn't do this when I first finished my diet.

welcome chip! you've done fantastic - well over half way. There are a few challenges to join if you'd like to - a 20kg to goal then a 10 kg to goal - all fun, and if you're DF you can get a mango for your signature and also the water wise comp - I found them good for me, reminds me that I'm ticking boxes

dats the thang i havent been taking pics of me since i have been on this i only have the one that i started with, my mind has just been set on keeping to it that ive overlooked taking photos only cos have a problem thinking its not working... i knw my husband says its working and where has 55kgs gone right... i should be confident, i guess im still working on it which explains why im still wearing my big clothes... ..

tis program well lets say this way of living is fantastic... i had my doubts of starting it cos i was so hooked on my foods(bad) but i have to give cohens credit for coming into my life cos i am gonna go all the way for me my kids and my husband and to also feel great about myself....
