Ingredients:

Apple
Celery
Spring Onion
Chicken
Mayo
Pepper 

Preparation Steps:

mix apple, celery, spring onion and mayo, cook chicken and Wolah! maginficent lunch time treat!

for one 

Instructions:

1. peel & dice 1 golden delicious apple
2. celery dice ( allowance)
3. spring onion diced 20g(allowance)
4. teaspoon mayo
5. cooked dice chicken (with a sprinkle of pepper)
MIX and enjoy
