Yoga and Pilates are often thrown into the same category. True, they are similar practices, but they have some major differences that many people don't recognize.

Hey, Nicole Yoga is really good especially for dealing with stress but you have to find the time I should say you have to make the time don't matter how busy you are it is really worth it I find that keeping a reminder on my phone and ticking It off every day really helps
