Thumbs up SMS's Refeed Diary

Well, I picked up my Refeed & Management Program this evening. I am going to start it on Sunday 1 June. I will end phase one on 31 May at whatever weight that might be as it will be the completion of 20 full weeks on the program. I'm only 600g away from bottom of Cohen range anyway.

Got a winner of a program. Only 16 days! First 7 days increasing amounts of old protein & Vegs then on to mixing & more & more & more! So I guess I'll close the other diary on Saturday and start out on this next phase of the Journey here.

REFEED HERE I COME!

That's great SMS. Did you get hungry towards the end of the diet or not.

Refeed is a very interesting time before you know it you wonder how you are going to fit all the food in.

Congratulations.

Actually, first day on refeed was a bit anti-climatic. Only a slight increase in weights of old cabbage munching dishes. Only thing new was pineapple which didn't last long enough! Had that for afternoon snack. Sure tasted good. Seemed to agree with me so am looking forward to more of the same!

Will have my first slice of bread tomorrow so will see how that goes....
Gonna have it as a mid-morning snack all by it's lonesome to see how it effects me. Plain Wholemeal bread with no butter/margarine. Boring! Wonder if I will even like bread?

2nd day of refeed. Nothing unusual as Monday always seem to go upward a fair bit then slowly back down. Will be interesting to see what the week brings. No MBM this morning may account for some of it. Will start weighing before MBM from this point on to gauge accurately what is happening, weighing after emptying bladder only in the morning.

Bread intro today.

Notification of your post came into my email with two red chillies this morning, SMS (offensive words in the message). I've never had that happen with your messages before. I haven't been able to work out what the offensive word(s) is, all I can see that might cause it is Deviations, but that's in every one of your messages. Maybe it's 'bread'.

Anyway, still keeping company with me in the losses I see.

Feeling a bit cheeky are we?

Interesting stuff that stuff called "B.READ" that is. (fools the word censors) Not sure what to make of it. Seems vaguely familiar but can't be sure. Just using plain brown bread doesn't without anything on it doesn't do much. Doesn't seem to effect me too much but I have noticed more gas (but that I'm pretty sure was due to the backed up sewers. Finally broke loose after 2.5 days this afternoon. We'll see how well tomorrow morning I guess. Haven't noticed any methane buildup since this afternoon.

Sure liking my pineapple though. Thought I'd treat myself when starting them so bought a fancy golden Delmonte from Hawaii to start off. Wife picked up some plums today for me as well. So far so good.

Back to no MBM this morning, so back up 100g to 69.2kg. Little bloated due to the lack of BM I think.

Hi there SMS

Thank you so much for your post in my diary, wow you have more faith in me than I have in myself. Thank you for that, makes me feel a whole lot better about myself. Seems like things are all working out for the better in my home. Dont mind a few bumps along the way, thats just the way life goes.

Oh the Bread........dont worry I blow up from the stuff and Iam sure I could of some days reached the moon with all the gas it gave me.
You are doing so well, Iam sure the people around you are in awe of your weightloss.

Its a rainy day here today, in winter thats rather uncommon. I think our weather system is out of wack and is in need of the Cohens remedy to fix the hormones.

Hope you have a super day, and enjoy your pineapple.

Thanks again for the kind words.
Lots of hugs
Tracey

Well, the bread notification came through okay. I didn't get a notification of the second post with Deviations in it.

Still tracking fairly closely I see. Should that be a + at the beginning of your change today?

I'm having a much better week this week, much more positive about it all, despite the miserable weather, foggy and gray.

3l of water had me up at 3am and taking a shower again! Wife woke up and told me to go back to bed. I definitely must start looking at the clock when I wake up. the extra water may have helped though, even though very small MBM, still down 200g this morning which puts me back to end of phase one weight at 69k.

Still staying around end weight. Not much movement either way. Up 100g this morning. Small BM considering how much more I've been eating.

AJ, I been wondering the same thing. I'm actually wondering if I will actually lose anything on refeed at all. So far I still hovering around my refeed start weight. I've never gone under it at all, and on up a couple hundred grams as well. With the ever increasing quantities and the introduction of carbs & starches coming up in a couple more days I'm beginning to think that I won't lose anything at all. Glad I went to the bottom of goal to start refeed.
