Default Say goodbye to the final 25Kg

This is challange and final push to drop the final 25kgs. For some, that might be the entire goal, for others, the back half, or final push after a very long journey.

Anyone is welcome. Your challenge parameters might be a little different to mine.

For me:
Challenge starts 1 June
Goal: To lose 25kgs in 15 weeks.

This will bring me to middle range of Cohens goal, 2 kgs below the top end. It may or may not include refeed, depending on how my body decides to behave and let go.
Challenges for me - duration, after being on plan for over 12 months. However, I am determined to finish this journey I started. Interuptions have crept in, so I need to get tough with myself and finish what I started. I would desperately like to do it in 12, but honestly don't think its realistic, so 15 weeks it is.

Start: 1 June
Goal: 25 kgs in 15 weeks
Start weight: To be updated tomorrow (I suspect a lot of water weight has crept on in the last few days. grrr)

Bring on tomorrow.

Yay LD - glad to have you running beside me. I think you feel like me. ENOUGH already!! I am hoping I am over estimating my weeks and I'll be done before then, but if I look at my averages and account for naturally slowing down towards the very end...it's probably not going to be shorter than I've allowed. Hoping it's not MORE!!! Oh Dear

I'm in for this challenge!

Ok, I'm aiming for 23 kgs in 15 weeks.

Week 1 - 31 May -83kg
Week 2 - 07 June
Week 3 - 14 June
Week 4 - 21 June
Week 5 - 28 June
Week 6 - 05 July
Week 7 - 12 July
Week 8 - 19 July
Week 9 - 26 July
Week 10 - 02 August
Week 11 - 9 August
Week 12 - 16 August
Week 13 - 23 August
Week 14 - 30 August
Week 15 - 06 Sept

Are there rules for this challenge? I think I read that we're to be completely open with each other, admit all deviations?

I'll let you know of a deviation... Tonight was pizza for dinner and man I feel awful! Tomorrow night I have a gf coming around for a French dinner party, it's going to be very high in calories, bit I'm going to enjoy it, and straight back on plan on sun morning.

I'm going to be brave and create a photo album tomorrow, if you'd like to have a look I'll add you to it.

We can all do this!

Soo, how'd everyone's weekend go???

I've owned up to my deviations in my diary, but still feel really positive and happy.

This is a great challenge!

Hi guys,

I am IN.

My aim: 18kgs in 15+2 weeks (I'll be on hols for 2 weeks in August, during which I'll maintain).

The time may seem generous, but it isn't really. During this period I have work trips planned to Scotland, Rome (Italy) and Denmark. Each will involve social dining, which I'll have to work my way around. But, as we know, that's life! Listing all the obstacles is no way to begin a challenge, haha!

Now let me go and find out again how to set up a ticker. Start weight 80kgs this time!

This is a great initiative BFW! Thank you for setting it up!

And Odette, I am UK based so those destinations aren't quite so exciting seen from here! Still, I'm not complaining, apart from the fact that they'll make my staying on plan a lot harder!

Hi everyone and WELCOME to the challenge.
Sorry I am a few days late, I have come down sick and haven't been on the forum.

Start weight..... 92kg. 4 up from my ticker, grrr, but knew it wouldn't be pretty, hence the need for a challenge and support.

First weigh in isn't until Sunday, but it hasn't been a great start. Have come down with illness and taking medication that may/may not interfere with losses, plus, haven't stuck to plan food, just been living on soups. Could have made cohens soup...but didn't... (im an idiot).
Hoping for some loss any loss to get my pants loser by Sunday. Still a few days to go, so it's possible.

Will update with good news soon I hope

Girl, did you just call yourself an Idiot????

Ain't no-body be calling themselves an idiot around here and get away with it!

You heal up and start being nice to yourself quick smart or you won't be losing jack! You had some non-cohens soups and crumpets and comfort food and you HAVE TONSILLITIS. Girl, you gotta be more understanding and forgiving of yourself lol.

Go have a cuppa tea and tomorrow make yo'self some damn Cohen's style chicken soup.

Not sure why I got a southern American accent going on in my head as I write this but I don't care lol.
