5kg challenge
Is anyone interested in a 5kg challenge starting Monday 19th January 2015? Aim is to keep each other motivated and encourage to stay deviation free. Please just add your interest on this thread? Judy

Awesome the 5kg challenge will commence on Monday.
Weigh yourself on Monday morning and each time you lose a kilo acknowledge it in here (for example: 1 kilo lost - 20/1/15) then next time it will be 2nd kilo lost 25/1/15 etc

Hey Judy, yes i'm in......need something to keep me on track at the moment. I was contemplating a !00% challenge to or something like it, so a 5kg one sounds great.

I's wonderful that we have so many people joining in.
Remember this is at your pace and there is no competition to who does it first etc. .. Just to keep us on track. Collie, maybe we can do a 100% challenge at the same time because each challenge will motivate the other. What do you all think?

Hey Judy, I'd LOVE a 100% challenge, as I'm not weighing at the moment, and would love some motivation to stay on track. Do you think we should set a time limit???

Sounds good to me, I didn't check to see when you were ending the 5kg challenge. We could have done a DF endurance to see who could be df free the longest lol...😁
