Hi Panlicker,

I too havent recently just started Cohens - almost 2 weeks ago. I had the same thought before I started - what about the silly season? How will I cope with Christmas and New years with all the gatherings and functions - and not have a drink either?
Then someone pointed out to me that I am always going to have outings and functions, not just at christmas. And if I started before and not in the new year I could lose a few kgs - rather than put on a few kgs over the silly season.
So I decided to just go for it. My first test was last weekend, which I passed without any problems. My next mayor test is this weekend with my Work Christmas Party.
I was worried about it at first - but not anymore. I am determoned to do well and keep on track.
STay strong and you will be fine - have faith that you can do it.
