Default Curry Powder

I know this has probably been covered but found a curry powder made by Euro Spices
Ingredients
Tumeric
Coriander
cumin
fenugreek
celery
cinnamon
chilli
ginger
pepper
salt
cloves
nutmeg

Is this allright to use?

Yes, going by the ingredients. So long as there is no rice flour or any other kind of starch in it, it should be fine!

Sounds ok to me. I bought some garlic powder last week and checked the ingredients, would you believe it had cornflour in it?! So can't use it .

Default Spices Question..what's allowed?

I'm still in the signing on process.....just got registered and about to do blood test next week.

I'm curious about spices and can't wait for the couple of weeks or more until I get my diet going to know. I see here that cornflour not allowed in the spice mixture, but is unlimited spices ok otherwise? Sea salt and pepper, thyme, and tarragon are my favorites. I suppose limited salt is always wise.

Thanks for the info.

For most people it's a maximum of 1 tsp of spices per day. Read you program carefully! That one with the spices was one of the things that tripped me up in the first week!
