Default Beck Diet Solution Book

Here is some info on the "Beck Diet Solution" book.

Very highly reccomended to help with the "emotional" part of the program.

Totally agree this is the best book to combat our 'thinking' and thought about foods and how to change these

I got mine from www.fishpond.com.au
Found it reasonably priced, bought the book and the CD.
Can't remember how much it was, as it was a couple of months ago.

It's definitely a good investment to support us through this journey and to get us through the other side with better strategies to keep the weight off!

Thanks for the info girls. I ordered the book this morning. Here's hoping. payed about 65 big ones on fishpond for the hardcover book and the CD.Vee's right it's a really efficient system for ordering, and the book is no longer available in shops as far as I can find anyway.

Default Just Ordered!!

Yay!! Just bought a copy from ebay (also from UK have to wait).
I'm hoping it will be the last step I need to take to help me mentally along the way.

I think my weight problems have all centered around an emotional eating pattern, as with most of us.

I'm going to contact the book so I can read it on the tram on the way to work (hate the idea of ppl seeing me reading a weight-loss book, people just don't understand). I'm really excited, I have needed to change my perspective since I was 14 and I think a step by step is the way to go.

Yay!!!

Thanks all who have read and told!!

Same, listened to roughly the first section and its REALLY speaking to me, exactly what I need.
Finally may be able to learn how to treat myself during and after the diet.
I am so full of negative self abuse I didn’t even realise!! Time to change that.

I don't know Read the Label, Chailee, but for the next few months very little of what you buy for yourself will have a label to read, whereas you can apply The Beck Diet Solution immediately. I bought it on CD, think that the book and the CD should be pretty much the same.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

I've been reading Changing Habits Changing Lives by Cyndi O'Meara. Definitely worth reading as you approach maintenance.

This is just what I need. I keep "cheating" and between the forum and book, I should just get back on track.

Thanks for sharing such useful information.
