Thumbs up Just Started

Hi all

I just started the program last Thursday. Eating yoghurt and apple for breakky instead of cereal is very different for me as I usually had that for desert after tea!! Anyway so far so good. I'm sloshing as I walk with all of the water I'm drinking. The downside of course is the rushing to the toilet. Have not experienced the detox symptoms of headache or feeling sick which is good. We are having a week long sports carnival at school (I'm a teacher) next week and lucky for me I have not been placed on the food preparation team, so that takes away all temptation. I started this as like most of us I have been on other diets and have yo-yoed back to where I started so this is it - a commitment to maintain a healthy weight and stop the crap of eating, gaining and struggling to lose it cycle.

Hi Zammit - Welcome, I wish you every success, which you are sure to have now you are doing cohens. I can relate to the estra toilet breads, Im a sales rep out in my car and always having to make toilet breaks. I think I know where every toilet is in North Qld. I have a boiled egg and tomato for breakfast you dont have to limit yourself to yoghurt. I sometimes boil an egg the night before while Im cooking dinner to save time in the morning.

Thats great you are not getting the headaches - its not compulsary!
Good luck with the food preparation!

Louise

Welcome, Zammit. It's certainly easier if you can skip the headaches.

Go to the diaries, start your own diary by clicking on the Forum Tools button, then Post a New Thread, and get yourself a ticker by following these instructions: http://newyouforum.com/forum/showpos...45&postcount=5 and you'll be set.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
