AJ, I've never considered myself vain, but no, I'm not used to it yet. I'm at 120+ days and I still am amazed every time I put on a pair of 31" waist Levi's and find that they are "roomy" and have slack in the waist! Yes, I tend to look into reflective surfaces as well and am totally gobsmacked every time. It tend to put a smile on my face I can assure you. I reckon, I don't look 61 anyway. Most are guessing me in my late forties! I loves it!

wow sms, first time I see your set of photos (not the ones with the tux). Your loss is truly amazing! At 61 you have nicely tone up stomach muscles! Geez...will I be able to tone up mine nicely too? You are really an inspiration and the gathering we had truly affirmed that I shall be 100% and nothing less of it. So sometimes, I do kick myself when I have to grab my next meal less than the 5-hr interim. Sad but true that there are times when I clearly can't eat at the right time but of course, it happened really really occasionally. Truly a darn good effort on your part, mate!

Hey SMS, I also wanted to thank you for meeting us a couple of weeks back. It was great to meet the one who inspired me to do Cohen's! I hope we can do it again when we're all down the track again.
Cheers again.

It was designed around your blood workup and physical condition some 6 years ago. As noted by mcpsych, remember your diet is a prescription. And like all prescriptives, they go out of date. The odds are that the programme is no longer suitable for you and you may well want to think about getting a new programme. While your old programme will likely allow you to lose weight, it probably will be unsuccessful in reprogramming your HGH successfully. This will cause you to just regain the weight after you go off the programme as the refeed will not be successful either. Additionally, because the elements of the diet are wrong, the balancing of the hormones is not taking place as it should and this is causing the cravings as well. The insulin and serotonin levels are out of sync as well.
Hi SMS,

I thought Id ask you about this, Im currently using an old program as well, and Im happy with how its working for me, I didnt get to refeed last time I was on the program, but I plan on getting a new plan when Im closer to refeed, Do you think I need a new plan now rather than waiting till I get closer to refeed? Or as long as I get a new refeed plan it wont effect my HGH levels and I shouldnt gain weight after refeed?

I hope that makes sense!

Thanks!

As you know, you will need a new programme in order to do refeed. From a practical P.O.V. to me I would get a new programme now. That way, you would lose at the optimum rate based on your current physiology. It may also make it easier once you start getting near to refeed to actually go the distance. You may find yourself struggling without knowing why. Many who use old programmes find that they struggle or lose slower and that is the reason why. It's like any prescription, the active ingredients lose their potency over time (shelf life, or "use by" date if you will). The new perscription would be based on the current you and will make the going a lot easier.
