Psyllium husk POWDER
There is a product now called psyllium husk powder. I know Coles sells it. Just fine psyllium husks ground up. It is much more user friendly than the psyllium husks. ( remind me of floor sweepings) I use it in a lot of recipes, even as a coating agent for chicken etc, with herbs etc. Much easier to drink too. Just letting you know Jen |
