Default New today

Hi everyone.
I lost 48 kg last year and reached my goal but didnt do the refeed!! Over Christmas and the holiday season I have put 8kg back on by eating like I used to....surprise! that technique didnt work!! So now I am back to try and lose those 8kg and do the refeed properly. I am finding it difficult to get through the day without deviating. So here I am looking for moral support and ideas of how to get back on the wagon!

Hey, good on you for coming back, I myself am back - something I never wanted to do, but the best support is right here.
I lost 60kgs last year and now up 10 after 4 months of being silly.

No real tips from me as its only Day Two for me, but what ive found everyday 100% feels amazing - harder than first time around though.

Keep at it and and post here for support

Hi LittleMoo...well done on only 8 kg for a start! Just focus on each meal and snack one at a time, don't beat yourself up if you deviate...it really is tough mentally. Plan each day the night before, work through the first couple of days as you get through detox and back onto plan amounts...good luck

Hey LittleMoo!

Welcome back and good on you for realisng the problem before it got too out of hand (a la: me).

I'm no expert but with only 8 kilos to lose, maybe you need some extra protein? Can you contact your clinic and ask them? That would explain why you are finding it so much harder. Alternately just really truly apply yourself to get through 3-5 days completely 100% and see if that gets you over the hump?

Good Luck!!

Welcome back LittleMoo ...

No matter how much or how little you have to lose the first step (and first week) is the hardest! Stay strong and it'll be like getting back on the bike...

8 kg could be gone by May!
