Hi TS - great idea. I have a brush, don't know from where, but I have done it on occasion - I should time it and see how long it takes. I should be able to fit it in then. Mornings are usually very busy for me. Thanks for posting it!

My wife did it for years and whilst I may be bias , at almost 48 she has the looks and skin of a 38 year old.

Yes, some is genes but she does this and stays out of the sun, etc...

She also avoids sugar most of the time. I.e. snacks on nuts or even chips but not popcorn or lollies. She was a chocoholic. She changed this as she got to 45 and noticed the KG piling on.

Us guys can do this by using a tough loafer in the shower and using shower wash. Not the same but better than nothing.

Thanks for the tips and ideas about dry brushing. I also want to try it because I heard many feedbacks that dry brushing really works on them especially in treating cellulite. Do you have the specific brand of brush that is best for dry brushing? I really love to buy and try it.

Yes I am doing this from time to time because it removes dead cells and keep my skin smooth and looks younger. I also use fuss free facial wipes before applying the facial masks while doing my body scrub or brush.

Coconut oil works wonders and reminds me of sun tan lotion and being on the beach!

I like dry skin brushing. Brush before showering or bathing at least once per day and twice if possible.

I'm so glad I discovered dry brushing! My skin has improved so much. I regularly dry body brush before showering with a natural bristle brush. It does wonder to my body. I only do it once a week but do it very vigorously (it takes time) and I use lotion after showers.
