Just stick with the program! It will work, I promise.
We all have lulls in the weight-loss. It goes in cycles which is why they say to only weigh once every 4 weeks. Try cutting out cheese and yogurt for a few days and eat more seafood, that also tends to give me bigger losses. Good Luck!!!

Thanks AZ. I think the last 5 kg is just really hard to get rid off. I see you are also 5k away. Feels like refeed is so close and yet so far. I'll do seafood for all my dinner meals this week and cut out dairy as well.

Thanks StrongerthanSheKnows, I start refeed tomorrow. Last week was really hard with all the refeed symptoms. I'm looking forward to the next phase. All the best with your journey!

Wow! Refeed!! You did it. Good job making it all the way to the end. I hope you enjoy refeed and then maintenance is smooth sailing. What a huge accomplishment!
