I was watching American Idol tonight (I am shamelessly addicted and have it recorded on my foxtel IQ) and saw Miley Cyrus singing this song. I thought, WOW - how appropriate for what we are all going through. Who doesn't have the days where we think that we will fail or that we won't reach our goals like the countless other times we've tried?

It's so true too - Even when we reach our goal weight - we will always have another battle. Our next battle will be to maintain that weight and be ever vigilant. The battle never ends, and we have to be strong enough to keep on going no matter how rough the road gets!
