Default Am I Allowed To Lie Down before 2.5 hrs?

Hi Guy's !!!

Day 3 of Cohens, going really well!!!, but had a bad sleep last night as my boyfriend was taken to hospital through the night (we don't live together)

I have a question though!

Say if you have dinner, (I know you have to wait 2.5 hours before going to bed) But can you like lay on the lounge?

I am verrryyy tired and can't sit up anymore, do you guy's think it would be ok to lay down but not go to sleep?

I have exactly 1 hour before I can actually go to bed in accordance with eating

such a stupid question I KNOW

Thankyou!!!

Hi

Sometimes we just have to do the best we can. I seem to recall reading somewhere on here that if you are really tired, and you definately are, then you are better off going to sleep than waiting. Sleep is one thing that you need to keep you going. Lack of sleep can also slow weight loss and I find that if I'm really tired my body will crave extra energy eg food.

GO TO BED.

Rach
