Default Two food questions

First question - is shaved turkey breast from the deli allowed?

Second question - is the sugarless gum that is small and in a pellet shape considered ok or should we only be having the gum that has no hard covering on it - if that makes sense to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Lucee, we can't have the shaved turkey breast at the deli. Only turkey breast raw, like chicken. I've been trying to track it down myself.
As far as I know we can those chewies as long as they are sugar free. My question for my consultant next time was about those ones with the runny centres.

That's a really good question.. as far as the gum is concerned.. I'd say no.. I remember looking at the ingredients some time back & from memory they have a starch or SOMETHING in them that made me think oooo better not have that.. I'd check with my clinic first, but until then I'd stay away & stick with the soft one.
Awesome stuff that you're thinking about it first

That's exactly what I thought Faithy - what happens to the sugar coating bit - it's like having a lolly!

I think no for deli turkey breast... if it's processed, then no...
sugar free gum should be fine as long as it doesnt have starch, sugar or anything bad in it...
