Going to clinic today to order refeed!
I have got down to 60.6kgs and have to wait for the blood test results (taken yesterday) - then for Dr Cohen to write the refeed and send it to me...and I am going away on the 12th of October  but let me tell you I am taking the refeed with me and doing it!!!I can't believe how quick this has happened...I'm in shock  and going to go join a gym (never heard of)

Well done glassangel. By the time refeed arrives you'll be into the 50's and that much closer to goal. It is an unbelievable feeling to realise that you've done it isn't it?

Let me know how you go on the refeed wow i am down to 59 but still have about 5 more to lose then refeed. Keep us up to date will be a weird feeeling when can eat what you want again. Annie

Well it's ordered  Hey and I have had people walk past me - who know me and DIDN"T recognise me! Even Lorraine at the Canberra Clinic didnt' recognise me -- I so have to put up my before and after photos! I went into Suzanne Grae yesterday and bought 6 YES SIX! Tops - all size small - I don't remember when I last wore a small top! Let alon buying 6 tops normally I hated shopping!
