Default Questions Questions Questions !!!

Hi All,

Still going 5 Days now and impressed with the weight loss 4.5kg!!!

1st Question - does the weight keep coming off this quickly or is it going to slow down?
2nd Question- can I take anything for my headaches or is that a no-no?

Amazed that I haven't been hungry - been a cranky b***h though.

Only asking as I am doing this through the mail and don't actually physically visit a consultant.

How are you going glassangel? I feel pretty determined now which is nice. The food restrictions are getting me down a little
as not as much choice when you don't like half the veges / can't eat seafood / and only like two of the fruits and just
about threw up when I tried the yoghurt !!

Hi CK,
great loss in your first 5 days. The first month for me was the fastest but then that is when you have the most to lose. It slows down a little but it is still a lot quicker than any other program that I have been on. In regards to the yoghurt......when I first tried it I dryreached, didnt think I would ever get the taste for it. I used to add stewed apple and sweetner, then I just changed to sweetner but now (and believe me I never thought it would happen) I eat it straight. Nothing added. Your tastes definitely DO change so stick at it. Really..............it will get better. Oh and I am pretty sure panadol or something similar is ok, there is nothing in my program to suggest otherwise. cheers

First week or three are normally very good weight loss weeks. It's after week 4 that I think you can gauge what your regular weight loss will be like. If you click on "detailed charts" in my signature, you can see how I have gone day to day over 20 weeks. It started great, then levelled off. I can lose anywhere between 5.5 and 7.5kg a month.

ck,I too just about threw up when I had my first mouthful of yoghurt!!!

I am sorry to say it went straight in the bin, however i might muster up the courage to try it again in a few weeks.

I too have only been on the program for a short time (4 days) but I am enjoying it so far.

Also I am not having seafood which sort of limits the food a bit,but it is a small price to pay i suppose in the ling run.

I have been busting to weigh myself but am restraining doing so till a week.

Keep up the good work

Kind Regards
Anna

Hi,
With the yoghurt, its also worth trying different brands to see which ones you like. Some of them are disgusting. I think there is a thread on here somewhere which gives peoples recommendations.
Good luck on the program... You'll be seeing the results very quickly!

I use Dannon and put in packet of splenda and some diet orange soda.Got that somewhere on this board. Makes it pretty tasty I love it now. I lost the most during the first month. I have just about 8 weeks in now.
Look into the reciepe's some people can really come up with some good ones.
I found the chicken/vegi stir fry with diet squrt or sprite was tasty. Also for a snack cut up a apple put in a baggie with a packet of splenda and some cinnamon shack all up and it seems like a treat.
Great job on your first week
Pudge
