Hi, I like to shred at least 15kg by end of March2018, its my 3rd time on the program, I lack discipline.I have never done a Refeed because I don't reach my goal. Not easy to follow the program 100percent, but I keep on trying

Hi Cicial,
So just what bits of the program do you find difficult? If it is one particular area that you find hard, there may be some good ideas that can help. And 15Kg by end of March? Hmm, that could be possible, but is that a want, or a need for you? How much are you prepared to do to achieve it? Koh

Just a big happy hushpuppy I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! |

Hi everyone,
I am a first timer and on day 12... going pretty good at the moment!! I filled out the approval form and wrote a new thread in the new diary section but it is not there, my stats say there is one post by me but it can't find it in a search... any idea what I have done wrong? |
