Starting again!

Hi Everyone,
I started Cohen's nearly 3 years ago. 1 week in I lost 4.5kg's and then found out I was pregnant...which was just so fantastic. I have the most beautiful baby boy, my second baby as I also have a gorgeous little girl...truly blessed!!! I also have an extra 25 kg...eeek...not their fault, of course...I did eat alot during both pregnancies.
So here I am again..1 week in. First week I only lost 2.5kg...but I know where I went wrong. My major problem is that I am used to having a glass of red each night with my hubby, and I have done this a couple of times in the last week..esp over the weekend...which is so stupid -working so hard during the day to spoil it with a drink with dinner. As far as other old habits go, my diet generally is pretty good, I don't eat alot of bad food, just bad habits like skipping breakfast and having a late man size dinner and going to bed...and the wine of course. I look forward to sharing my progress and support with you all. Currently I am 85kg, my goal is 62kg. Any advice would also be appreciated!!

I also need to fix up my ticker...which I have forgotten how to do...but I guess it shows that I am 11kg's lighter than when I started last time...which I had forgotten...my goal weight is a bit more realistic too!

Welcome back and congrats on the bub - that is lovely news.

The first time I started Cohen's in 2009, I found out I was pregnant on the same day I started, so it ended very quickly....

I hope that week two goes really well for you.
