Dear Lyn, a big welcome to you. You can do it. Just stick to your plan and you will be there before you know it. Don't focus on how much you have to lose, just focus on getting through each day , this forum will really help you. ZQ

I was overwhelmed by the amount of weight i had to lose too.There's lots of us in the same boat so dont worry.
You will lose it quickly and in large chunks.
Cohens is by far the best weight loss program in the world.I have tried most i think.
The best advice is to be organised with your food menu.

Good luck.As i write this i am next going to my diary to write about my one and only deviation i have had since being on the program.
