starting again

Hi all, just popping in to say hello. I am doing Cohen's round two as I have a friends wedding in February and after a trip to Borneo in July last year I have put on around 5 to 6 kg which I am hoping to shed again. I started my journey on the 8th of august and am down 1.6 so far am hoping for a good loss this week. Have been feeling under the weather and haven't managed to get to the gym like i usually would, but am trying to listen to my body more.

Hi, how much weight did you loose the first time around? 5kgs is nothing, you'll be done in a month! Good luck.

First time I went from 89 down to 67 so hopefully 5kg won't take too long, having a few hiccups but hey that's life no one is perfect
