I would love to be part of this challenge .... even though I know nothing about it ..... but I'm sure it will do me good as water is my main problem ... I find it so hard to drink all ther water.
Pls let me know what is involved.

Basically it is like a deviation free challenge. You write how much water you aim to drink each day - between 2-3L (mine is 3L, but you can have more if you like) and you drink it. At the end of the 2 weeks if you have drunk that amount daily you get to add

Ok, thanks for that. I really struggle to drink water. I'm lucky if I drink a litre a day so this sounds like something I should try.
Count me in to drink 2L a day....

I would like to be in this as well. Mine would be 3 litres a day also, which can be a challenge if not at home all day.

OOh I would love to be added into this challenge too. Add me in for 2litres? Any extra water will be a bonus for me. And I'll aim at upping this amount for the next water challenge.

Water challenge is a great idea - it is my big downfall. I have made myself the last week drink 2 litres, but I do find it a struggle sometimes (I used to only drink 1 glass a day, sometimes zero!!).
I accept the challenge, so put me down for 2 litres a day! |

So far, so good for me. I try to have at least 2 glasses (250mls each) before I get up out of bed. I also drink diet coke... but always have a glass of chilled water beforehand.
And yep, having water if I feel hungry - helps me enormously!! ![]() |

I Have 2x 1.5L water bottles which I fill up each night before bed. I try to drink one before 1pm and the other after.. I also need to get a large pop top bottle for when I have to do photo-shoots (im a professional photographer)

Vivo, I'm just like you, I struggle with the waterso this is a good challenge for me.
I have been going ok, getting my 2L's in per day but it is a struggle at the end of he day squeezing the last bit in.

I've decided to try and drink my 2 litres of water before 4pm each day ... otherwise I am up all night going to the toilet!
It makes a difference knowing I'm in a challenge and that I report in that I drank the water (or not). So far so good. |

im going great. Im usually through all my water by about 7pm.. then I enjoy a glass of sprite zero with kiwi fruit or apple chopped up in the glass..

Going good. I try to drink 1.5l in the morning and another 1.5 by tea time.

I'm sad to say that I have failed at this challenge. I find it so hard to get my water in especially when I'm at work. I might have some days where I have had my 2L and some days where I woulod only get 1L in.
