Let's go for 1. 100% on the plan, no deviations (cheats) 2. minimum of 2 lt's of water a day and 3. let's throw in another loss of 5kgs.... February contestants.....ready.........set.......go. LouBean, you need to be really careful about your water intake, in fact dirinking too much is dangerous and can kill you. Cohenites are recommended to drink between 2 and 3L a day, you only need to drink more if it is excessively hot. Please read the following threads on water consumption

Ciors - yes I do understand too much water is not good for you. The amount I drink was recommended by a dr/dietician and has actually aided in my weightloss (I did notice a difference) I am however very vigilant and make sure that I do not hold water etc. Plus I do live in SA, specifically Durban and it gets extremely hot and humid here!!!!!

Thanks for clarifying what your dr/dietician has prescibed for you LouBean, it's just that it gets a bit confusing for others, and with the amounts we eat it can really deplete our minerals, give people head spins etc...I know I was consuming upto 4 L during our hottest months, but as I got closer to goal I had to cut back, currently have to stick to 2L...you may find that you experience something similar yourself as you get closer to goal too....I'm looking forward to following your journey.

My start weight at 1 February was 70.6 KG 7/02/12 14/02/12 21/02/12 28/02/12 Total loss for February: My personal water goal is 2.5L 5 KG will take me to within 3 KG of ordering refeed! Good luck to all |

Well done ladies. I think we'll be all doing just great. I've been a lot fluish and coughing like a smoke 20 a day - ugh!!! I've not much of an appetite, but eat because "I have too". Do you think flutex tablets and 1 med lemon will effect much - hope not. We'll see come tomorrow.
I'm on track - no cheats, sticking to water and first weigh in tomorrow. |

Righto I did my weigh in last night.
Start weight for February: 152.8kg 06 February weight: 151.1 kg - I lost 1.7kg this week. Very happy with this. |

Way to go Lou bean, I know I've already melted one kilo so far but will pop a weight on weekly, I'm afraid I deviated tonight accidentally!!
I was on my way to a friends birthday and I stopped at the deli and bought two schweppes soda waters. Well I know the front one WAS a soda water......,BUT when I had my first sip of one I realized it tasted weird!!! And then looked one of them was tonic water. So does one disgusting sip of tonic water count as a deviation, I felt devastated other than that I have been steam rolling along! How is everyone else going? |

7/02/12 - 69.4 KG (total of 1.2 KG) 14/02/12 21/02/12 28/02/12 Total loss for February: 1.2 KG My personal water goal is 2.5L which I have met every day and no deviations which I am happy about as I am starting to get a bit hungrier being within 10 KG of starting refeed |

Well done Kazaj - seeing your weightloss make me realise I too can get there!
Be Light - one sip of tonic water doesn't count and very much doubt your body even registered it. BooBoo - the more the merrier. I am on track on the eating side of things - I really am so excited on this diet this time around. My water was a little off yesturday - probably by about 500ml. Every 100% day is a victory! |
