![]() Sorry to be dramatic but I have discovered that I am out of fish oil (as of tomorrow, as I have a spare one at work). I usually buy my fish oil online as I am cheap, but I thought I had another bottle....I can not seem to find it. Anyway, can anyone recommend a reasonably priced safe fish oil for me to buy sometime today or tomorrow in Christchurch? It is grocery day today, but I don't know of any good fish oil brands at the super market. I do have flaxseed oil, but am unsure how much, or what the best way would be to consume it (I figure in a salad dressing dealio). Anyway, any info would be appreciated, thanks in advance!!! M |

Thanks Nutmeg - I will write that down. Where do you normally purchase it from?
