Happyme's Refeed :)
Started refeed at 58.1kg, 0.1kg above my personal weight goal, but almost 2kg below Dr Cohen's target for me which was 60-63kg. 16 days of refeed, every day sounds wonderful, would love to feel truly satisfied again.
