Default New to the forum and on my 3rd month!

Hello? Fellow Filipinos? Are you still in here?

Anyway, I would just like to say hello to my fellow Filipinos and Cohenites(?) or whatever you want to call ourselves. I started out at 81.8kg las november and I'm on my third month and weighing at 63kg. They told me my goal weight was 50-53kg. I still have a long way to go!

I just wanted to share that I've been having nightmares that I cheated on the diet and been eating lots and lots of rice and pork. I really felt bad right after eating in the dream. When I woke up it felt so real but then I realized it was only a dream! Phew. I guess I've been being too careful with the program and paranoid that the tiniest mistake can ruin everything!

So 'why post now?', you ask. I just wanted to share my experience with my fellow Cohenites(?). It's been three months and I have been getting results which is good but this month (I'm sorry men) due to my PMS, I seem to be craving for more food and getting hungrier than usual. It was never like this the past 2 months. I calm myself down with crackers or coffee but maaaan I really am hungry. To the women who've finished the program already without giving in to the PMS cravings, I applaud you! It's really difficult. And to those who are just starting, you can do it!

Oh btw, does anyone know where I can get those Bulla Lite yogurts? They seem to be out of stock everywhere! I love it so much. It's like a personal treat for myself everyday!
