Default Onion

Hi every one,

THis is not a receipe but i have found when eating my steak or chicken, if i cook some onion just a small bit it gives it heaps more flavour. Makes it delicious, i hate raw onion but cooked just makes much more flavour.

Thanks

Anniem

what i would do is use up all my vege allowance for my meals, but to add extra flavour to my salads and steaks, I would put a couple of onion rings on top, then sit it in the fridge, then remove them when time to eat/cook. That way, I would get the taste, but not have it contribute to my vege allowance!

worked a treat.
