Default Is Pauls Trim MIlk okay to drink when losing weight?

I'm confused about dairy and weight loss. I've been drinking Pauls Trim Milk (just the regular red label) as my morning tea, in a milo. I want to lose weight fairly fast, is this okay to drink if I want to lose weight fast?

Hi Jev,

Might be "OK" on some weightloss programs, though how fast they might be is in the "think of a number" category.

See, Milk has Lactose, and anything with an "ose" ending (glucose, lactose, sucrose, fructose, etc.) means SUGAR !!!

A glass of Milk for an old friend of mine who was Diabetic, and who went into "hypo" (low blood sugar), would bring him around quicker than anything else.

If you are on Cohens (are you?) then Milk will not be on your list of "allowed foods",

I believe our friend is up to no good frankly, as he's not with any clinic yet and posting about a milk that is from Aus but from a Miami, Fla IP address in the USofA. (a proxy server I believe). Naughty boy.
