Well this is the second time I've poseted on the forum, soo i'm still new at all this. I have read lots of the diary and they have insprired to stick it out, even when i see pizza and chocolate and all the stuff i used to eat.

I think it may take me a little longer than I first thought but i'll get there in the end. I have a wedding to go to in Feb, soo i have my eye on the prize. I've even bought a new dress a size 14, soo hopefully i can fit in to it by then.

I've set myself some goals to achive over the next 5mths

Goal One: 100
Goal Two: 90
Goal Three: 80
Goal Four: 70
Goal weight: 62 -65 start my refeed

Done and Dusted and a super slimmer me

I'll keep u all posted on my progress

Hi J, welcome and well done on the 21 kgs gone, that is great.Keep your eye on your new dress and try it on from time to time and much more often when you see it getting close to fitting because dropping dress sizes can happen really quickly around here ! I think you might have two diaries so maybe a moderator can help you out.All the best.

Thanks for the support, it really helps keep me motivated, i'm the most unmotivated person when it comes to doing things.
I look @ my new dress every day and try to picture myself in, and the picture that i see its totally hot .
Hope every thing is going good with your cohens journy .

Welcome to the forum!! Geez... well done on already having lost 21 kilos! What an effort!!

It kind of gets easier as time wears on, but there will sometimes be those hard days, where you have to be gentle with yourself... and get by one day at a time!

Congrats on the 21kgs, thats magnificent!!!! Buying a dress in the size you want to be is a really good idea, i might have to do the same for myself!!
