Default Starting again....

Hello everyone. I first began this program back in 2010. I have been doing the program off and on for the last 8 years. This time i have decided to start a diary to keep me accountable!!
The forum seems very quiet these days but i hope to find encouragement from others on the same journey.
I am starting at 75kg and would like to get to around 60kg. I am going to follow my old program as it has never failed me before.
So.... here goes

Wish me luck

Day one started.
I am quite excited actually..... I thought i would be a little anxious but I am just looking forward to feeling healthy and energized again.
I love the way this program makes me feel when I am sticking to it 100%
I bought some battery free kitchen scales through Kogan...... they are fantastic, now i will never have to worry about that dreaded feeling when you go to use your scales and the batteries are flat!
I will get through the next few days and then consider maybe doing some food prep over the weekend just to be a little more organised.
Have a good day everyone

Breakfast: 1 tub YoPro yoghurt
Snack: 2 crackers
Lunch: Tuna & salad
Snack: 1 apple
Dinner: Barramundi and veg (cauli, zucchini and squash)
Dessert: Apple slice

Hi, I'm nearly three weeks into my journey with Cohen. I was very successful in to Dec 2002, but didn't complete my re feeding, and have now got to the point where my weight has spiralled to the heaviest I have ever been. I had forgotten how good it feels to be healthy and have a bit more energy!

Allowance of mince.
Small amount of finely diced onion and tomato
Grated mushroom and zucchini
Garlic powder and one crushed cracker (in morter & pestle)
Mix all together and place in mini meatloaf tin and cook on 150 degrees for about 40-45 minutes or until crunchy on top and moist in the middle.
Make sure you weigh the veggies because you will still have allowance to have some on the side.
I use a small amount of mayo for the sauce
I bought my mini meatloaf tins online and usually cook 3 at a time and freeze.

Enjoy

You should be able to, do you have KMart in NZ. I noticed this morning they have a six portion silicone tray so you could do six at a time. If not just google it, i am sure you will be able to get them fro somewhere

Breakfast: YoPro yoghurt
Snack: 2 crackers
Lunch: tuna & salad
Snack: apple
Dinner: tarragon chicken & veg (sqash, zucchini, mushroom and asparagus
Dessert: apple slice

Can't wait to weigh on Wednesday morning!

Hi Swan,
I caught your comment about your day :-

... and I thought I should share an old piece of wisdom from years past - here:-

http://newyouforum.com/forum/showthr...771#post250771

By doing the most important first, you are maximising your winning position. As Asy said in there it is far more important to do the most important things first, and if less important things don't happen, it's "less important"..... IYKWIM

And me? I'm a tall skinny bloke (BMI ~23) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Very good advice thanks Koh.... i just wanted so badly to do everything right for the first week to get myself into a routine. Never mind, i actually got sucked into watching something on tv that didn't finish till 10:30pm so that helped to pass the time quickly.

thanks Koh

Well week one done and dusted...... 100% Deviation Free

08.08.2018 75.6kg Starting weight
15.08.2018 71.7kg (-3.9kg)

All I can say is I must have been carrying a massive amount of extra fluid!!
I do not expect that kind of loss every week but it is a great kick start!

I am stoked with that for the first week.

Swan
