Default Plateau's - how long is your worst so far

As I am holidaying on plateau Island and not really enjoying the ride at the moment, one of my biggest burning issues has been "my God am I crashing and burning even though I am deviation free????" So I decided to post a poll to see how long everyone else's visa was.

Default Re: Plateau's - how long is your worst so far

I guess I have been lucky as I never went longer than a week without losing (as long as I didn't bring it on myself) and some have went as long as 2 weeks.

Default plateau - sort of!

Took me almost 2.5 weeks to get out of the 69's and into the 68's....sigh, most frustrating. I was up and down the 69 point something KG scale for ages! So pleased to get past it and am still heading down the scale, yippeee! I dont have as much to lose as some, but it still seems to be darn stubborn......Anyway, I have nothing but admiration for all those Cohenites who stick to it and see great losses, it's fantastic for them, and very motivating for us all.
Cheers, Toto

Angry I got stuck in the 70's plateauing!

Hi,
I was normally losing 6 kilo's a month and when I hit 77 kilos It seemed forever to get out of the 70's and now I am in the 60's I hope it keeps moving downward with my weight.

I have changed my meals around and I don't seem to hover like I did before on the weight dropping off.

My consultant told me that I would slow down some at the end which I have.

Will wait and see what happens.......

Thanks,
Jooz
